• Multiple AI Capabilities: Access to code generation, research with file uploads, text/image/video generation and conversion, and audio processing
• Zero Data Retention: Routes requests only to AI providers with Zero Data Retention policies
• Token Banking: Efficient token management and usage optimization

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

We do not train AI models on your data, do not log your inputs and outputs with third-party providers, and only route requests to AI providers with Zero Data Retention policies. Payment Terms and Billing

Subscription Plans: lozz.ai offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website and may be updated from time to time.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information on our servers. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan). Usage-based charges may apply for certain features and will be billed according to your actual usage.

Refunds: Subscription fees are refundable on a pro rata basis for unused portions of prepaid services within 30 days of purchase. Usage-based charges are non-refundable.

AI Content Disclaimer: AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for critical decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

No Indirect Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will the lozz.ai entities be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or any other intangible loss) arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not any lozz.ai entity has been informed of the possibility of damage.

Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of the lozz.ai entities to you for all claims, damages and losses arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, and content, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you have paid to lozz.ai for access to and use of the Service in the six (6) months prior to the event or circumstance giving rise to the claim or, if greater, (b) £100. The foregoing limitations are essential to these Terms, and we would not offer the Service to you under these Terms without these limitations. The limitations in this section will apply even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Indemnity: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you are responsible for your use of the Service, and you will defend and indemnify lozz.ai, its affiliates and each of their respective shareholders, directors, managers, members, officers, employees, consultants, and agents (together, the "lozz.ai Entities") from and against any and all liabilities, claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), and other losses arising out of or relating to: (1) your unauthorized use of, or misuse of, the Service; (2) your violation of any portion of these Terms, any representation, warranty, or agreement referenced in these Terms, or any applicable law or regulation; and (3) any claim that your input violates any third-party intellectual property, publicity, confidentiality, privacy, or other rights.
